Greetings, this is ICT Complex.

 

ICT Complex is dedicated to developing innovative products and services utilizing ICT (Information and Communication Technology) to enhance the lives and welfare of vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities, the elderly, homeless individuals, children, and youth.

 

This survey aims to gather insights from social sector practitioners worldwide in order to understand the current status and demand for effective ICT-based solutions that can help improve the welfare of disadvantaged groups.

 

The findings from this survey, based on your invaluable experiences and perspectives, will play a crucial role in identifying the ICT technologies needed in the social welfare sector and in designing innovative services and products aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable groups.


[Purpose]

· To identify the need and demand for ICT-based products and services for vulnerable groups.

· To derive technological requirements for enhancing the lives and welfare of various vulnerable groups.

· To gather the perspectives of social workers in the welfare sector to explore areas and methods where ICT technology can be practically applied in the future.


[Target]

· Professionals directly involved in the social welfare sector.

· Experts who are interested in the welfare improvement of vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, the elderly, homeless individuals, children, and youth.


[Method]

· This survey will be conducted through an online questionnaire.

· The survey will cover topics such as field experience with social vulnerable groups, the impact of ICT technology on welfare improvement, and the requirements for implementing such technologies.

· The survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

· Confidentiality will be maintained, and your responses will be used exclusively for research purposes. The results of the survey will be shared with all participants.
